Abstract
⺠Atom probe analysis of bulk amorphous Nd58Fe30Al10Dy2 alloy has been succeeded for the first time. ⺠The exact composition of Nd nanocrystals in the as-cast bulk amorphous alloy has been determined. ⺠The added Dy has been found to partition into the amorphous matrix phase. ⺠Quantitative analysis of the two phases in the as-cast bulk alloy has been achieved. ⺠Critical composition information for coercivity analysis has been obtained.
