Abstract
⺠Plate-like BaTiO3 particles with uniform microstructure were prepared. ⺠The (h 0 0) textured Ba(Zr0.085Ti0.915)O3 ceramics were fabricated with high degree of orientation (f â¼Â 85%). ⺠Textured samples have the greatly enhanced piezoelectric properties. ⺠High piezoelectric coefficient and large strain were achieved in textured Ba(Zr0.085Ti0.915)O3 ceramics.
