Abstract
⺠We prepared Cu/ITO films with different Cu layer thickness. ⺠We analyzed the relation between opto-electric properties and roughness of the films. ⺠The Cu-16.1 nm/ITO film shows excellent optical and electric properties. ⺠Cu/ITO films have great application prospects in new-type transflective displays.
