Abstract
▸ Novel combination of nonconventional BaO·Nd2O3·TiO2·B2O3 glass with CaCu3Ti4O12. ▸ Promising dielectric performance, k ∼55 and tan δ ∼0.07, with full densification at 850 °C. ▸ Evolution of unexpected crystalline phases, e.g., BaTi(BO3)2, BaNd2Ti5O14 and NdBO3. ▸ Unusual densification behavior; sample expansion and secondary densification.
