Abstract
► The electrical resistivity and magnetoresistance of La2/3Ca1/3MnO3/BaZrO3 composite are studied by solid state reaction method. ► Remarkable changes of metal to insulator transition temperature, low-field magnetoresistance and high temperature resistivity behavior are observed in this system. ► When the volume fraction of La2/3Ca1/3MnO3 is 0.9, a large low-field magnetoresistance of 53% is found.
