Abstract
⺠Prime novelty of this study is the preparation of nanocrystalline SCC thin films for the first time. ⺠Temperature dependence of the DC electrical conductivity can be described by VR H model. ⺠The AC conductivity, ÏAC(Ï) results have been discussed in terms of CBH model. ⺠Position dependent SCC thin film photo-detector has been studied by using laser diode source.
