Abstract
⺠Y3Al5âxSixO12âxNx:Ce3+ phosphor was synthesized by a gas-pressure sintering process. ⺠The effect of Si4+N3â incorporation on optical properties of YAG:Ce was investigated. ⺠The addition of Si3N4 leads to an obvious redshift of the emission spectra. ⺠Adding nanosized Si3N4 or flux can greatly improve the emission intensity of phosphor. ⺠The white LED lamp with an excellent CRI is realized by a single oxynitride phosphor.
