Abstract
⺠CuIn1âxAlxS2 thin films prepared by sulfurization of metallic precursors in sulfur vapors. ⺠XRD, SEM and Raman spectroscopy. ⺠CuIn1âxAlxS2 thin films does not follow Vegard's law. ⺠A1 phonon frequency is nonlinear function of Al concentration.
