Abstract
⺠Novel method of synthesis of ZnO nanoparticles. ⺠ZnO exhibits hexagonal wurtzite crystal structure. ⺠The room temperature electrical conductivity of ZnO is of 10â6 to 10â7 (Ω cm)â1. ⺠Optical studies show ZnO has high absorption coefficient (104 cmâ1).
