Abstract
⺠[xNaNbO3 + (1-x) BaSnO3], is a single phase perovskite compound. ⺠The values of Tm and εâ²rmax at Tm increase when replacing BaSnO3 for NaNbO3. ⺠The introduction of Sn atom in the B site develops develop new ferroelectric or relaxor compounds with high permittivity close to 300K. ⺠When compared to the BSnNx, the BTSnNxy exhibit an increase of εâ²rmax and a decrease of Tm or TC by addition of Ti4+and Sn4+, respectively. ⺠Variation of BTSnNxy may allow control of the physical properties.
