Abstract
ⶠThe single-crystal Cd0.8Mn0.2Te plates with dimension of 30 Ã 40 Ã 2 mm3 were grown by the vertical Bridgman method. ⶠThe activation energies of Cd0.8Mn0.2Te were derived from the PL quenching experiment. ⶠA relationship for the bandgap energy vs. temperature was obtained. ⶠThe PL mapping on the (1 1 1) faces Cd0.8Mn0.2Te plate was conducted.
