Abstract
⺠Monodisperse Lu2O3:Eu3+ spherical phosphors were obtained. ⺠Lu2O3:Eu3+ spheres were characterized by effective luminescence in 575-725 nm range. ⺠Luminescence efficiency of phosphors increases with rising of annealing temperature. ⺠The shape of phosphors was destroyed at annealing temperature up to 1000 °C. ⺠The phosphors developed are attractive building blocks for scintillation films.
