Abstract
â¶ We found the PLCT seed layer played a significant role on the microstructures of the PNZT film. â¶ PLCT seed layer offer nucleation sites and reduce the activation energy for the crystallization of PNZT films, making PNZT film show enhanced pyroelectric properties. â¶ PLCT layers also can act as a capacitive interface layer possibly reducing or compensating for the vacancy-type defects from PNZT film effectively, which results in enhanced fatigue resistance characteristics of PNZT film.
