Abstract
Five novel cerium-based ternaries Ce2Rh3.1Si0.9, Ce4Rh12Si, Ce8Rh21.9Si3.1, CeRh1.82Si0.18 and CeRh3Si0.125 were studied by means of magnetic susceptibility and electrical resistivity measurements. All these phases were found to be Pauli paramagnets with metallic type of electrical conductivity.
