Abstract
ⶠThe decrease in resistivity and thermopower of Cr1âxTixSb2 may be due to an increase in electron concentration indirectly caused by Ti substitution for Cr. ⶠThe decrease in thermal conductivity of Cr1âxTixSb2 with increasing Ti content could be due to an enhancement of phonon scattering by increased number of Ti atoms. ⶠThe thermoelectric properties of Cr1âxTixSb2 was optimized, for instance, at 310 K, the ZT of Cr0.97Ti0.03Sb2 was â¼11% larger than that of CrSb2.
