Abstract
ⶠThe PZT films studied in the present paper exhibit mixed textures of (1 0 0) and (1 1 1). ⶠThe phase composition of different-orientation grains is different. ⶠThe 2Pr value is greater in the film with higher content of (1 1 1)-oriented grains.
