Abstract
Phase structure, dielectric, ferroelectric, and piezoelectric properties of lead-free (1 â x)(Bi0.5Na0.5)0.88Ba0.12TiO3-xAg0.9Li0.1NbO3 [(1 â x)BNBT12-xALN10, x = 0-0.06] piezoelectric ceramics were investigated. The addition of ALN10 can improve electrical properties of BNBT12 ceramics. The ceramics with x = 0.025 exhibit the optimum electrical properties: d33 = 155 pC/N, kp = 14.8%, kt = 40.2%, Pr = 21.9 μC/cm2, and Ec = 2.30 kV/mm. The depolarization temperature (Td) is shifted towards lower temperatures with increasing x.
