Abstract
New pnictide oxide GdFePO superconductor has been synthesized. The coexistence of antiferromagnetism order and superconductivity order in GdFePO is observed. An important post-annealing treatment done after the synthesis could effectively reduce the dislocation density and improve the superconductivity.
