Abstract
ⶠ(NaBi(1âx)Kx)0.5Ti(1âx)NbxO3 were fabricated by mechanical alloying technique. ⶠFor fabricated Na0.5Bi0.5TiO3, Bi4Ti3O12 is semifinished product. ⶠA MPB between rhombohedral and tetragonal phase was found near x = 0.4. ⶠ(NaBi(1âx)Kx)0.5Ti(1âx)NbxO3 became more relaxor with the increase in the value of x.
