Abstract
▶ Synthesis and control of narrow grain size distribution (between 0.5 and 4 μm). ▶ Allow to sinter La0.9Sr0.1Ga0.8Mg0.2O2.85 with relative density up to 99%. ▶ Electrochemical impedance spectroscopy analyses: resistive and capacitive behaviour. ▶ Permittivity and dielectric factor of dissipation results. ▶ Conduction mechanism in two step (migration energy EM and released energy ED).
