Abstract
â¶ Electrical transport in LaNi3/4Mo1/4O3 and LaNi3/4W1/4O3 takes place due to polaron hopping. â¶ Polaron hopping energy is higher in LaNi3/4W1/4O3 than LaNi3/4Mo1/4O3 due to large band gap. â¶ ac conductivity spectra for both the materials follow the universal power law.
