Abstract
ⶠWith increasing Se content, the activation energy of crystallization Ec decreases. Also, room temperature electrical conductivity ÏRT and the pre-exponential factor Ï0 increase, while the activation energy ÎEÏ decreases. ⶠThe values of ÎEÏ, ÏRT and Ï0 decrease with increasing the film thickness. ⶠDynamic and static I-V characteristic curves show typical memory switch.
