Abstract
Ni0.23Cu0.11Zn0.66Fe2O4 nanowire arrays were fabricated by a simple ethanol–nitrate method using anodic aluminum oxide (AAO) templates. XRD result indicated that the nanowires are of cubic spinel structure. SEM and VSM were used to characterize morphology and magnetic anisotropy properties of the nanowire arrays, respectively. It is believed that this method should be applicable to other multi-component oxide nanowires.
