Abstract
â¶ Liquidus projection of ternary Ag-Sb-Te system is constructed. â¶ Fine microstructures with nano-size precipitation formed through class I reaction are observed. â¶ A miscibility gap extending from Ag-Te binary system is found in the liquidus projection. â¶ Unique microstructures with bright and spherical phases dispersed in the matrix resulted in the miscibility gap are observed.
