Abstract
▶ Liquidus projection of ternary Ag-Sb-Te system is constructed. ▶ Fine microstructures with nano-size precipitation formed through class I reaction are observed. ▶ A miscibility gap extending from Ag-Te binary system is found in the liquidus projection. ▶ Unique microstructures with bright and spherical phases dispersed in the matrix resulted in the miscibility gap are observed.
