Abstract
ⶠAnnealing makes the L10 phase form in the Fe1âxPtx-C granular films at a proper x. ⶠThe largest coercivity was obtained at x = 0.48. (3) The reversal mechanism turns from domain wall motion to S-W rotation as x increases. ⶠAt x = 0.44, the coercivity increases, and magnetization decreases with increasing t. ⶠAt x = 0.44, the reversal mechanism is film-thickness independent (S-W rotation mode).
