Abstract
⺠Crystallite size of cryomilled copper is characterized by the modified Williamson-Hall method. ⺠The method takes into account the strain anisotropy induced by dislocations and planar faults. ⺠The calculated values of crystallite size are in very good agreement with the data obtained by TEM.
