Abstract
▶ The paper mainly focuses on the hydrogen migration behaviour in nanostructured eutectic networks of classic hydrogen storage Mg alloys and its influence on the formation of porous morphology. ▶ To highlight the importance of this work, a very simple fabrication process that combines casting with hydriding/dehydriding generates a continuous and homogeneous microporous structure throughout the alloys. ▶ This is of interest for the potential improvement of hydrogen storage properties, but also be applicable for other research area such as electrode, absorbents and biomaterials.
