Abstract
▶ The redox behaviour studies of PZT containing 5, 10 and 15 mol% of Ce and Pr showed that these compounds are stable up to 650 °C. ▶ These studies showed that dopant incorporation reduces the temperature required for degradation. ▶ Ce dopant found responsible for the restoration of initial phases of these compounds when subjected to multiple TPO-TPR cycles. ▶ The dielectric constants of PZT decreased with Ce doping because of the B site occupancy.
