Abstract
Suitable compositions of antimony-indium-tin (Sb-In-Sn) and ceramic materials (ZnS-SiO2), ((Sb100âxâySnxIny)P(ZnS-SiO2)Q) are found possible candidates as phase change materials for high density optical data storage formats based on 405Â nm laser for Write Once Read Many (WORM) application. In this work, we have developed a Blu-ray recordable, low-to-high (BDR L2H) disc that exhibits superior quality and meets most of relevant book specifications.
