Abstract
The quasi-ternary CuGaS2-CuInS2-2CdS system was investigated using differential-thermal analysis and phase X-ray diffraction. Isothermal section of the system at 870Â K and projection of the liquidus surface were constructed. Limits of the boundary solid solutions were determined.
