Abstract

Phase equilibria in the quasi-ternary system Cu2GeS3–Cu2SnS3–CdS were investigated by differential thermal analysis and XRD. Isothermal section of the system at 670 K, liquidus surface projection and the perspective views of the phase diagram were constructed. The boundaries of solid solution ranges of the system components and the intermediate phases were determined.
