Abstract
Cd1−xCoxTe crystals (x = 0.001, 0.003, 0.005, 0.007 and 0.009) were grown by vapour phase technique. The grown diluted magnetic semiconducting (DMS) crystals were subjected to magnetization and dc-magnetic susceptibilities at room temperature. EPR spectra were recorded at 20 K for samples of all compositions. EPR spectra exhibited a broad resonance band around g ∼ 5.43. All the studies indicated the paramagnetic nature of the samples.
