RETRACTED: Dependence of the structural and optical properties of ZnO thin films on the substrate temperature in atomic layer deposition and post-annealing

This article has been retracted at the request of the Editor-in-Chief. Please see Elsevier Policy on Article Withdrawal (http://www.elsevier.com/locate/withdrawalpolicy).Reason: It has come to the attention of the Editor-in-Chief of Journal of Alloys and Compounds that the results and figures in this article are substantially the same as material from another paper published by the same authors [Effects of substrate temperature on the microstructure and photoluminescence properties of ZnO thin films prepared by atomic layer deposition, Thin Solid Films, 515 (2007) 3335–3338]. The Editor-in-Chief has instructed Elsevier to retract this article for the following reasons: (1) as regards their scientific content, these two papers are exactly the same, except the change of a few descriptions/presentation (2) all figures are virtually identical, except some subtle changes in graphical presentation or layout in some of them, for instance, in Fig. 1 of both papers. Given these observations, the originality of all other aspects of the paper cannot be accepted as meeting the standards of Journal of Alloys and Compounds.
