Abstract
Amorphous Fe73.5Nb3Cu1Si13.5B9 alloy was studied using DIL, TEM, XRD, DSC methods, respectively. The results show that with increasing heating rate the contraction of the primary crystallization in amorphous Fe73.5Nb3Cu1Si13.5B9 alloy increases and its temperature range decreases, which differs from the amorphous Fe78Si9B13. These phenomena are related to the effect of Cu and Nb on the primary crystallization behavior of the alloy.
