Abstract
In the present work, the Fe3O4 nanoparticles were synthesized via a green and facile mechanochemical method. Then 5,10,15,20-meso-tetrakis(4-carboxyphenyl)porphyrin (TCPP) was immobilized on surface of the Fe3O4 nanoparticles. The prepared nonocomposite was characterized by FT-IR, XRD, DRS, VSM and SEM images and their photocatalytic activity was investigated in the removal of methylene blue from aqua media.
