This study describes the effect of different composition ratios of nano ZSM-5 synthetic gel for obtaining ZSM-5 with higher crystallinty. The genetic-fuzzy approach is developed to estimate nano ZSM-5 crystallinity. The input variables of the proposed model are SiO2/Al2O3, template/SiO2, H2O/SiO2, SiO2/Na2O and TPABr/TPAOH ratio parameters and the output variable is the relative crystallinity. According to the results presented, the model developed can accurately predict the relative crystallinity with R2 equal to 0.97.
