Creation of a multilayer aluminum coating structure nanoparticle polyimide filler for electronic applications

A kind of polymer based composite was prepared by embedding the fillers of core-shell Al@Al2O3@SiO2 nanoparticles into the polyimide (PI) matrix. This is a schematic illustration depicting the formation process of the Al@Al2O3@SiO2 double-shelled core-shell microspheres. This work gives a important hint to further the current research in this field, designing core-shell nanostructure with a high conductivity core and much low permittivity shell.
