Abstract
The phase and purity of the Cu hexagons, spindles and flowers were confirmed by the XRD pattern shown in Fig. 1(1a-1c). In order to understand the formation process of the Cu nanoparticles, samples obtained at various stages of the growth process were studied by XRD. Fig. 1(2a-2d) shows XRD patterns of the products obtained at 140 °C for 2, 6, 12, and 18 h, respectively.
