Abstract
⺠Epoxy-coated spraying head was used for electrospraying for the first time. ⺠The special spraying head prevented clogging for smooth electrospraying.⺠The developed process prepared higher quality microparticles.⺠The prepared micoparticles showed better sustained drug release profiles.
