Abstract
We report the thermal conductivity of bulk Nd2/3−xLi3xTiO3 (0.047 ► Bulk ceramics Nd2/3−xLi3xTiO3 with nanochessboard superlattice structure was prepared by pressureless sintering. ► Pretty low thermal conductivities (1–2 W/(mK)) is shown. ► The low thermal conductivity is temperature-independent. ► A shorter periodic length of the superlattice structure leads to a lower thermal conductivity.
