Abstract
⺠The tunable optical properties of the graphene-ZnxCd1 â xS were observed. ⺠The formation of alloyed ZnxCd1 â xS nanocrystals was evidenced by XRD and HRTEM. ⺠The reduction of graphene oxide was observed by UV-vis and IR spectra.
