Abstract
► The dielectric properties of CaTiO3 ceramics are improved with the combined substitution of Sr (site A) and Zr (site B). ► The CaTiO3 ceramic present an ε = 190 and τε = -1828 ppm/C°. ► Both ε and τε values decrease with Zr doping; but, an opposite effect is observed with Sr substitution. ► The ε value increases, but tg δ and τε remain constant (-1132 ≤ τε ≤ - 1120 ppm/°C) in CSTZ ceramics.
