Abstract
⺠The dielectric properties of CaTiO3 ceramics are improved with the combined substitution of Sr (site A) and Zr (site B). ⺠The CaTiO3 ceramic present an ε = 190 and Ïε = -1828 ppm/C°. ⺠Both ε and Ïε values decrease with Zr doping; but, an opposite effect is observed with Sr substitution. ⺠The ε value increases, but tg δ and Ïε remain constant (-1132 â¤Â Ïε â¤Â - 1120 ppm/°C) in CSTZ ceramics.
