Abstract
The effect of the amount of cold rolling deformation on texture and grain boundary character of a Ti + Nb IF steel has been studied. The relative proportions of high angle grain boundaries have been found to be dependent on the amount of cold rolling. This has been explained in terms of the intensity and stability of crystallographic texture formed at any stage.
