Abstract
In this paper we present the structural and magnetic analysis of a nanocrystalline Fe75Nb10Si5B10 alloy produced by mechanical alloying. The effects of milling time on microstructure, thermal behavior and magnetic properties were studied by X-ray diffraction (XRD), differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) and vibrating sample magnetometry (VSM). By controlling the milling and annealing conditions an improvement in the magnetic properties was found.
