Abstract
Organophosphonate nerve agents have been detected with DBR PSi samples containing a copper (II) sulfate. The detection efficiency is increased when a LED is used as an incident light source. DBR porous silicon containing copper (II) sulfate shows a TEP detection limit of about 150 ppb for 1 min, when a LED (λem = 590 nm) is used as an incident light source.
