Abstract
PbWO4 flowers, nanoribbons and nanorods had been successfully synthesized via microemulsion-based solvothermal method. The products were characterized by power X-ray diffraction (XRD) pattern, scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and transmission electron microscopy (TEM). The possible mechanisms for the formation of PbWO4 samples of various morphologies were discussed. Through various comparison experiments, we found that some related experimental parameters including the CTAB concentration, the PVP concentration, the lead ion sources and the solvothermal treating time and temperature had great influences on the product morphology.
