Abstract
Cluster assembled Sb2O3 nanocrystals having sizes ranging from 3 nm to 17 nm have been prepared by the Low Energy Cluster Beam Deposition technique. The purity of the sample has been ascertained by the Particle Induced X-rays Emission study. Transmission electron microscopic study reveals the presence of irregular shape, randomly distributed Sb2O3 nanocrystals in the deposit. Micro-Raman study establishes the homogeneity of the Sb2O3 cluster generated nanostructured thin film.
