Abstract
Ni3S4 nanocrystallites with hollow structures were selectively fabricated through a facile solution-phase approach. The experimental results revealed that the volume ratio of ethanol or ethylene glycol played an important role on the phases of the products based on XRD characterization. The optical property of the as-prepared Ni3S4 was evaluated using UV–vis spectrum at ambient temperature.
