Abstract
A novel method for the preparation of water-soluble and small-size CdSe quantum dots has been reported under high-intensity ultrasonic irradiation. The as-prepared products have been characterized by absorption spectra, X-ray powder diffraction (XRD) and high-resolution transmission electron microscopy (HRTEM).
