Abstract
In this letter, one luminescent rod-coil block co-polymer was prepared via the condensation polymerization under mild conditions, which avoided rigid conditions to prepare the rod-coil block co-polymer by the route of the ATRP (atom transfer radical polymerization). Polyurethane was introduced as coil segment in the main-chain for first time. It was found that the title polymer is easy to solve in the THF and to become film. Photo-luminescence (PL) property of the product both in the solution and film was investigated.
